I ordered a product on Amazon, I received a poor quality product different from images, I contacted amazon on 6th August and they told they arranged pickup on August 8 for returning the product. No amazon partner arrived to pick the product, I contacted them again, they told that they can’t pickup from my location. I received delivery on the same day, I told them amazon godown is near my house and I can take the product there if they can pickup my product.
