Hello, This is Satya.Flipkart Order ID OD126098596530178000 Roadster slim men dark blue jeans – I have ordered this product on 26th of September 2022 and received this on 4th of October 2022. On receiving i got a size fit issue package so that i raised return of the product. Product picked up last day was 8th oct but wishmaster not come to pickup the product till now 14th October.So i spoke about this issue to the customer support team and they cancelled my return request on 8th oct again I raise the request for pickup the product. And then pickup last date was 13 oct but no picked. Again i contacted the higher customer support team for a better resolution But no satisfactory response from that side. I call the Flipkart customer care team atleast 50 times.This is totally time wasting and it has been 15 days still this issue havent resolved. I have speaked about several times to the customer support team and i have raised 3 return requests. No such resolutions was given. So, For this i need a full refund or take the package for refund. And i have already faced a lot more issues with the same seller(HSAtlastradeFashion) and the wishmaster not coming to the location. Thankyou look into this concern and resolve it as soon as possible.
