My PNR no is 1794811 dt 01.07.23 I have booked the ticket for at 5 PM but due to bus pick up van was delayed for 11 minutes, my journey is rescheduled for 5.30, this is your fault and not considerable , so my further plan will canceled. Your bus staff vehabier is vary poor.
