I had my contract till 22nd of May and I left the hostel on 19th of May. I was not informed of any move out process and wardens and staff didn’t say anything while I informed them I was leaving. Now they aren’t paying back my refund saying that I didn’t complete my move out process. They didn’t inform me of the process themselves and when i confronted them, she said to not contact her. It is showing 2000 refund amount which was supposed to be 5000. And even that amount isn’t received.
