have ordered 4 jeans on …… The two jeans are similar( Dark Blue colored one costing 1400 and one costing 1915).And initiated cancel request for 2 jeans(including one dark blue jean costing Rs1915) due to fitting issues. The cancel pick up is not initiated and accordingly I am in constant touch Ajio team customer care for the cancellled product pickup.
Now, the pickup is initiated today i.e. 17 July after almost a month, and that too for 3 products. As we have only 2 jeans for returns, the Delhivery courier service deliver boy has not accepted the pickup as he can pickup only if 3 jeans would be provided to him.
Now the return request is raised by AJIO for only one jean that too the different one from the initially cancelled jean( which I want to retain- the dark blue coloured jean). The courier boy checked the colour and confirmed the pickup and only 1400 is refunded instead of 1915 as the original cancellation is of 1915rs jean. We have returned the jean costing Rs 1915 but as the return request raised by AJIO is of Rs 1400., AJIO returned only Rs 1400 and the remaining amount is pending. Screenshot of jean returned attached. please match the same with the initial order.
Please resolve the issueat the earliest as it is long pending with Ajio for more than two months and initiate extra refund of Rs 400 on first pickup jean…I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 4 august. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn’t got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id
