My name is Rahul Ojha and I am having a payzapp account with registered mobile no as +91-9554410495 and till few months back I was using payzapp service through their older version app. There was an issue with my UPI service and I raised the complaint to the payzapp team regarding the same. They told me it is happening because I’m still using the older version of the app whereas a new version has been launched and I need to uninstall the older one and install the newer one to avail the service.
As per suggestion from the grievance redressal team of payzapp I did the same and uninstalled the older version of the app i was using and install the newer one.
But now neither I’m able to login into the newly downloaded app nor the older one is available to revert back to it but try are still holding all my detail like Adhaar Card, PAN Card, Home address, Credit Card details.
And I’ve approached their team almost 10-15 times in last 3-4 months but neither they are letting me login into the newer app by resolving whatever issues are there nor they are deleting my account permanently so that my personal details won’t get compromised anywhere if I’m not a user of their service anymore.
But they are saying they can’t delete the account and neither they are resolving the issue of login into the app.
I had tried taking screenshot of the issue to share but that too is not allowed by the app.
Kindly get it resolved either by letting me login into the app or ask them to delete my account permanently and give confirmation.
