Text of Complaint by Aaryan:

my delivery was delayed by half an hour and I did not get any compensation even though I’ve paid for an on time guarantee, and the delivery guy got our orders exchanged so he came to the location, stopped the on time guarantee coupon by reaching the location without the food, and went all the way back to get my food and the food was cold, and all the support agents I was talking to were not addressing my problem at all, were not listening to anything I was saying, and were just in a hurry to close the conversation. I was promised a call with the supervisors at 10.30 yesterday, didn’t receive one, was promised one in the morning today, doesn’t receive one. this is not just about the money, this is about the absolutely horrible customer service I’m facing, and the Zomato gold subscription I’ve paid for that promises an on time guarantee. I raised a complaint to their email the next day because I didn’t receive any of the promised phone calls, and still the same, all I’ve been asked to by everybody is to adjust this once when I’ve specifically paid for this to never happen, and this isn’t even the first time it’s happening.
