Hi i have purchased two product on 8 dec from store when purchased one of item where without tag and one article was designed like that it is torn from bottom when i went for return zara before 30 days store deny to return it .they said they can’t return without tag but as per as there term within 30 days you can return the item and should be in same condition as it was given i fulfill both the things .video is proof of it provided them all information also there case id was ;159104455. This is last tym i am requesting you to return my amount Bill-Invoice 918304S101245 and 918304S101244 Name and Address of the outlet Zara pacific mall, Tagore Garden Problem Reported Shopkeeper has purchased clothes from Zara pacific mall and the clothes are under return policy but the shopkeeper denied to return the clothes. Consumer wants to refund his amount.
