I have taken airtel broadband connection on 18 feb 2021, payment was done, Company says they will get your connection installed within 72 hours but it’s 3 week late and haven’t installed the connection, I have called them few times and each time they say sir team is facing technical issues and we will get your connection installed as soon as possible and suddenly I received message saying we won’t be able to install your connection and you will get refunded, I talked with airtel supervisor and he said sir their is no broadband availability in your area.
I don’t need refund i want my connection get installed
please help
