I booked flight through MakeMyTrip on 17 dec in airindia express from Delhi to Coimbatore but it was cancelled by airline itself, MakeMyTrip didn’t rebook another flight with that money saying that they have no intimation from airlines. So I booked another flight through MakeMyTrip again in indigo. Now MakeMyTrip is suppose to refund my money to my account but they are offering me voucher instead which I am not ready to accept. Request you to stringent action against MakeMyTrip, why are they not refunding my money when airlines has no issues. Thanks
