We booked railway ticket from madgaon to Surat train no. 16338 and Surat to Bikaner train no. 14708 for journey date 30-01-2022 but when we arrived on Madgaon station we came to know that our train is running late by 10 hrs. We went to enquiry window and ask the railway staff to cancel our tickets he denied and said you can get cancelled the ticket morning 8 o’clock. Due to this we also missed our linked train from Surat to Bikaner. I also contacted to Bikaner staff for this issue but they are not replying. Please help us for refund.
