I ordered Bluetooth headphone from amazon last month on 13 of october 2019. I got wrong item on 17 october but i payed for it (cod). I got wrong item because delivery boy said that my order track id and someone’s order track id(who ordered on the same address of mine)is same and on the basis of that he gave me the parcel.next day i returned the item,the delivery boy took it from me and now its one month i have not received my refund. I have talked to atleast 100 people of Amazon they just only ask me to wait but no solution.infact they have written the wrong details that i have self returned the wrong item(but i have not as delivery boy of amazon took it from me). Infact one of the amazon senior was so rude that he told me that we will not give your refund and was blaming me again and again. Today is 27 November 2019 and today also Amazon couldn’t find any solution but told me that they will not give the refund as they dont have any track regarding the wrong piece i got. Its going to be two months for this issue and now they are not giving me my money back saying thats it is the rule of amazon that if someone gets wrong item and u have paid cash on delivery then u will not get your money. I have not seen such bad shopping site they have the wrong item,the real item which i ordered (which i never got) and my money also.
