I am writing you this mail that gomecanic will not slove my query till 21st june
complain 1 : complain raise on 21st june 2020 there is no respond on that till now
problem : battery dead purchased one year ago from go mecanic
service buddy : service buddy Ashraf (8800833395) lucknow did not resolve my problem not responding he told me it will resolved on 27th but after that no respond. previously i made a complain about battery terminal issue but yet not solved and no responding (screenshot attached as proof) responsibility rude behaviour everything is there.
after that all the service buddy do the same no responding after that
service buddy saurabh (8800101178) telling lie and now not responding on call and whats app ( screenshot attached )
call from escalation team they ensured me that she will solved my problem but she also blocked me
they cancel my booking again and again
after that booked a car service but they cancel without my info also they tell me liew that workshop is closed and when i call to workshop they said open hai this type of service buddies are in lucknow his name is akash 8800028149 now he blocked my no (screenshot attached) booking is -20210702988691882
i want all loss and monitory & time ie 50000 to goechanic
