I bought a sumsung refrigerator from Flipkart on 29th sep 2019, along with 3years complete protection plan(service provider -(jeeves consumer service)just after 1year its fridge section stopped working, since then the issue comes frequently,I have raised so many complaints with Jeeves , but no permanent solution is given till now,even some times their technician don’t visit the home and closes the issue by updating issue has been resolved but in reality even they don’t do the same.AS PER THE T&C IF THE COMPANY FAILS TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT WITH IN 30 DAYS THEY HAVE TO REFUND THE MONEY,THEY HAVE ALREADY CROSSED THAT TIME PERIOD BUT NEITHER THEY ARE GIVING PERMANENT SOLUTION NOR REFUND EVEN AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINT RAISED.
