On 14th may 2020 we have made a complaint that our tata sky is not working please help….so thru whatsapp we have registered our conplaint and follow the instructions and they asked us when u wnat us to send us representative we have chosen date and tine from given optuon i.e 15th may 2020 between 12 to 3 but we have nit received any updatr wheathet the the technicjan is coming or not….at 12 non we called and call center representative told us that ur conplaint is alreasy registeres and is under active consideration….technician will gice u a call before coming….we waited till 5 but nobody turnwd up agaub we called and they told us tgat we have scheduled the techician visit for 25th(10 days later)…..i told her that the technician visit was scheduled for today than why u r changing the date…..she told me the as of now technicians are not available this is the reason we have givrn dates for 25th….i told her in the morning call center representative told ne that the technician will visit today and now u r telling m that he will vsiit on 25th….. we requested to reschedule for early slots but she said it is not available and we wull try for eqlry slots…. During this lockdown time spending 10 days without tv is so difficult….i told er help me so that i can fix it on my own but due to lack of knowldge she didint help in any sort….Tata sky is being one of the indias largest dth providers….but sorry to say that except tata sky every dth provider is giving same day services let it be videocon or airttel…..but tata sky is giving 10 days services…..yestarday i have paid 500 to outsider to get my problem fixed…..why we are paying 1700 per month if services cannot be provided on time….why we wre taking top brands to avoid any inconvienece at any point…..every other service provider who are xharging 50%on monthly basis are givinf service during this tine as well….i felt cheated by tata sky by hogher higher amoubt and not gicing any proper service
