Text of Complaint by Anjali padwekar:

14 Nov I ordered 2 white saree from mesho but they delivered 1 wrong saree which is blue (wrong product) another one is missing so I called at customer service they told me to return to return 1 saree and they will raise a resolution for missing saree.
I do exactly same.
After successful return of 1 saree I again called customer care for resolution update but now they r saying that they r not helping because I return one product. So they can’t help it.
But there team told me so I do it now they r saying different. They will not refund for my missing saree
