Text of Complaint by Anisha Kumari:

I ordered a product and Amazon deliithe wrong product twice. From 1 month they were saying that they will replace the product and now they are saying replacement is not possible i will have to take the refund and return. Then also they are not sending anyone for pickup. They are saying that i have to go Indian post office and parcel them. Its their mistake and they are even accepting it. Please help
