Text of Complaint by Jitendra Ananda Mane:

Actually I ordered the boat smartwatch from Amazon. it shipped to me on 27 Feb 2023, I paid the amount as COD on Gpay, but the status of product delivered was not showing. Next day I contact to delivery boy he said that there is problem going on Amazon upto 1 March after that there will be alright. Many times I called with customer service of Amazon but my problem not solved. I got defective product so I want to refund of 1159 Rs. But for that the status of product delivered should be visible on Amazon.

From 27 Feb 2023 upto 7 March, I contact with 4-5 times but everytime they said it will take 3-4 days more ….
I want my money refunded back soon so that I can order another product instead of this.
Please kindly help me.
