Text of Complaint by SNEHA:

i have bought a phone called renewed iq00 z3 on 13/6/2022 price was 19980 . i have faced a heating issue and camera issue and inform to amazon customer care . they contacted with the technician team and says that the phone will be pick up by the next three days the pickup man came and take the product . he came back saying the issue that the imei number given by amazon is wrong and also in the item there was no charger when he gave back . i called them and said this and also inform that when he returned there was no charger so the customer servicer says that you should not bother about that your order will pickup next time and 100% you will get your refund after this . i waited again same issue happend then i waited again same issue happened i complaint this again to them . then they say that they will give a letter or a strict message to take the product from me and not to check anything else . after 3 days they picked up from us . after three days of pick up i contact with them about refund where they give 100% promise that the refund will be given in 5 days after that i called again then they say that the item had received and the refund will be given in 3 days after 3 days i again contact with them they said that the order has been received by only now again and should wait for five days after this i called again and they says that the money cant be refund and the product they get is wrong item and saying false statements against me and also he said to me that he is being forced by high officials to cut the call . after this i called again and they says that to wait for 3 days again after that i contacted again and says that the refund will not be given they got a wrong item . and also they cut the call forcefully . after this i called again they talk the same thing . i had said that can i complaint about this to higher authorities but then he says that it is not possible and says go and complaint on your ways . sir two months i am facing this issue which makes me mentally ill . its not simple to earn 19980 rupees now they says that the product and also the money will not be sent to you which is unfair by them . they took the item and they check the correct item and saying they got the wrong product . the amazon had many glitches regarding return and pickup and also they take the item from us and loss it and says they got the wrong item how can they say like that which is totally unfair. please try to understand my situation which i am facing for 2 months and please help me to get by refund back
