I ordered a watch from fireboltt website the product was delivered but the bluetooth was not working since so i wrote a mail to them for which they did not reply then i called and arranged a pick up which was successfully delivered to their destination. Since that day i have been after them to refund my money they are neither responding to mails and after long unanswered call to customer care they commit wrong .
