Text of Complaint by Deepanshu Dixit:

i am unable to send my paytm bank account money to another account so i called to their helpine no. after that i had a conversation with mis samiksha on 16th january 2019 they escalated my issue to thier technical team but after that when it is not solved by them in 2 days i again called to paytm care mr amrish he is unable to understand my issue so that they transfer call to some person name abhishek and he behave rude on call say that if bank is not working add money in wallet and use it when i ask to talk to senior thenhe said their is no senior available  only we are here and after that without informing me put my call on hold for 30minuts  and disconnected the call
