I had returned my two kurta set and they pickup sucessfully my kurta sets, but from 21 mar22 to till now I didn’t get my refund back. Daily basis i called them their customers care department told me they are trying to resolve but after every 4-5 days they said your previous complaints are pending we need to create new ticket, they are just making me fool every time, they don’t have any higher management with whom I can talk. Please i want solution and my money back, this people are mentally harassing their customers to give baseless excuses.
