dear sir/madem

i am using the vodafone no 8088286109  and in that my area i am not gatting good service  for that i have did port request but masg not gatting deleverd when i ask to customer care they are saying that you have to recharge of 128 package just for one masg for port request why i have to do this kind of package recharge however i have did 49 and 10 rs recharge

i need my port no i dont want to be stay at vodafone
