Dear Sir /Madam
Hitesh Rashmikant shah here . the intention of writing this email for the intentionally or unintentionally harassing about my refund by not giving me a proper resolution.
I am giving you brief information about the problem which I am facing due to your poor service .
Last month on 3/04/2022. I ordered some bathroom accessories from your platform. I have ordered approx 7 itms in one order . Many of them were damaged having scratches on it somes were good . My Order number is Od22484000016930000

I ordered Savorier Classic Black Stainless Steel 4 pin Cloth hanger Product having scratches & requested for the refund and got the refund .

Ordered plantex classic high grade towel rack got damaged, requested for the replacement and this item was replaced and got the other one in good condition .

The Deagan Door bottom Sealing Strip got in good condition .

Itar stainless steel towel hanger having scratches and requested for the refund and got the refund .

Now coming to the point & issue on the same day I also ordered the Gloxy 2 in 1 Rack Soap & toothbrush holder & USF Glass Corner these both product were damaged when I opened the box. I took the pic and video . due to to many order the delivery boy came to the home for the product delivery at that time i have told them that yesterday you given the product which was damaged so please replace this product so he said that giving me those product now and raised the replacement request for refund request so will update in system from my end. so he took the product again the next day. Someone came and asked for the product for the replacement. So I have told him that the product has already been picked or collected from here, so how can I give you another one?
I have raised this issue on flipkart frequently but did not get any satisfactory answer . every time from your side giving me false commitment . i have called too many times u can see in your database and also sent you email 2 times

Last month, your customer support assistant gave me a date that our problem will be sorted out on 2 jun. If it is not resolved you can go for the legal terms .

So I again request that you please refund my payment. It’s almost one month and slo i am writing or forwarding this email to the consumer forum to inform them about the issue .

Due to your poor service and inappropriate answers I was feeling very bad and felt that I was cheated somewhere else by your company . Please refund the money or else will go to the court and also ask for the interest and compensation .

Please sort it out as soon as earlier and don’t want to talk on phone so please send e email so having writing evidence against you in future the problem is still there .
