I did a recharge of Rs. 9 on my Vodafone number from FreeCharge. I got a message from Vodafone saying that “Recharge of Rs.9 is successful, enjoy 1 day Unlimited calls+100 Local+STD SMS, valid till midnight 23:59Hrs. Dial *121# for best offer.”
But when I am making calls and messages, it is deducting my balance. In my first complain on 198, I was assured that I will get back my balance and since the pack is active I won’t be charged. But later I was charged again, and the customer care executive said that plan is not active I will be charged. He was very arrogant in taking and he cut the call. He also said that since I did online recharge, I won’t be getting the right benefit of the recharge.
If they are not making the plan active, they should return my money in the bank account from which I made payment.
I have recordings of both the calls I made on customer care.
