I have ordered a kurti from Zuhriya online boutique,they based in kochi..on October 15 th 2022.It was a product of 1800 but there was a flash sale and I ordered it for 1080 including shipping charge.till now I didn’t receive the product..it’s around 10months now.when I call them they are ignoring the messages and calls even if they are seen.. contacted the customer executive and owner amjomol jose but nobody is responding..this is a clear case of cheating..am not the only victim of this…So please take proper action to control these activities
