I ordered a shoe of Kingsmead by Ruosh Men Work Lace Up Derby(Tan_9) of RS 1539 on October 9 2022 whose delivery was expected on 14 October, but even after waiting till 21st October, I didn’t receive the shoe and today the money amount of Rs 1489 is refunded while the amount I paid was 1539. There is a 50 Rs loss for me even when I waited for so long after the delivery date and I am not getting total refund of my product.

I bought Huss pappies chappal on 31.01.23 and within one month this become flat, all cushioning gone, there is dug mark where ever the finger rests. I went to Bata showroom whose brand is Hush puppies, but they refused to entertain, they said that on online platform materials are of inferior quality and that’s why they offer discounts
