I have purchased the full one year subscription of DTH connection of Independent TV.
I have paid full money 1999 for the period of one year on 17th December
I got message from Independent TV that the installation will be done within 15 days, till then I have called so many times and also have filed complaints for installation but they keep saying that it will be done shortly, it will be done shortly, 15 days are over but no one is coming from Independent TV for Installation, I have only some details like customer ID, Booking ID etc that had sent from them by text messages, I want my refund and don’t want this service from Independent TV please help me
