I had ordered for mochi shoes on 7th October 2021 size no. 2 sounding Rs 1049/-, however seller sent mochi shoes size no. 3 I.e euro size 36. As I ordered size no. 2 obviously that shoes were bigger one for me. I called flipkart and narrated the incidence and also requested them to re check with the seller.. in case the did not have size no.2 please get me the refund for the order else I would like to go for replacement.. flipkar person assured me that I will get size no. 2 and requested for replacement .on 11the October replacement order was place..again to.my surprise I was shocked to see that I again received size no. 3 instead of size no. 2. I really got disappointed and annoyed also as I ordered the shoes as there was some family gathering and I had to wear that. I again called flipkart customer care on 14th October and requested for return of the order and refund. I made the payment via payment.. so obviously payment should have reflected in my payment pasbook however I got refund of only Rs 960 instead on 1049/- . I had been calling flipkart customer care for refund of Rs 89/- more.. the difference amount however nothing has happened till date and moreover flipkart customer care showed their inability in getting refund of Rs 89/-..
