sir my mobile no is 8421748993 (earlier uninor now airtel), transformed to airtel. sir since the company has issued plans related unlimited data it is our compulsion that we have to recharge every month from such plans and after recharging i am not being faciltated by the the service . sir actually i dont have 4g mobile and i have recharge a pack consisting og 1 gb data perday with calls. sir regarding internet the service is of 3rd class( lowest class )even 2g network gives nice speed. i have been complaining to customer care about this by past 2 months but they say that their network is upgrading .
sir their speed isc so low thsat i cannot open a web page. even when i am registering compain now using hotspot of my friend. today i called them and told the same problem . their reply was unbelievable. they were telli nng me to buy a new 4g mobile phone so as to use the internet. i even checked the TRAI website where it is clearly mentioned that bhati airtel customers get browsing speed of 3mbps ans here the reality is that i even could not open a webpage.
sir please help me regarding this .
