I bought this corporate number from a Vodafone customer agent whom i found 7 years ago outside my organization in Gurugram . This connection was not provided to me by my organization. Also when i asked the Vodafone customer care agent to check the company name reflecting was Coca Cola Ltd company. I was never employed with Coca Cola company not sure why this fake information is reflecting for my postpaid number and on top of that the Vodafone corporate customer care agents are asking for NOC from my organization to convert my number to normal prepaid but from where will I get the NOC if i have no idea whom this approval needs to be taken from , I have told this to the corporate Vodafone team previously as well at the time of activating the international roaming service of Rs.149 which was activated by them after i escalated this to higher Vodafone management in April’2022 while i was out of country for a visit. After my return I sent an email on June 24’2022 to deactivate Rs.149 international roaming service but this amount is still getting added to my bill. I have been paying extra amount plus taxes for international roaming service which i no longer require. i have been struggling to get my number converted to prepaid and getting the service deactivated since June’2022 even after multiple e-mails and even after including Vodafone CEO’s , i am not getting response. Please take strict action against this.
