I have ordered a laptop from the site and my order I’d is OD327070159624177100 but I received a defective Product . I have sent replacement and refund order many Times. Your team accepts that requests and then after two or three days they cancel that process of replacement and refund as well . What can I do for my refund? I have talked many times to the customer care but I didn’t received any solution. please help my for my problem.
