On 5th January 2023, I had booked OLA cab from Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai to V-Ensure Pharma Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Kharade Budruk, Panvel. The bill for that OLA cab had been Rs. 757/- but the OLA driver had demanded me more money for that travelling. He asked me to give toll charges even though the toll charges are included in the Ola bill. I told him that the toll charges were included in the ola bill but he denied. So, I paid him Rs. 957/- (Extra Rs. 200/- more than OLA Bill).
I had raised the complaint against OLA driver to customer care of OLA. The customer care firstly had denied that complaint after that I showed the proof, then he told that the refund of Rs. 200/- will be credited in your bank account within 10 working days. So, on their request I had shared the bank details with them but the refund was not credited after 10 working days also. So, I had raised again same complaint on 21 January 2023 to customer care but as usual the same reply came from their side. Even though another 10 days has been completed but the I have not credited my refund of Rs. 200/- in my bank account.
