I placed an order of a complete set of 19 subjects for NEET PG Medical handwritten coloured notes of DAMS from Flipkart.. Then I received a book of Indian Economy.. I then placed a replacement order for the same since there was no refund option firstly.. Then,the second time I received only a note of a single subject.. The rest of the set was missing.. The delivery boy asked me to talk to the Help Centre of Flipkart.. I raised the issue and they told me that this time they will refund my amount of 3900 INR.. The delivery boy came to pick up my order today but told that his hub asked him not to pick the delivery.. I again talked to the Help Centre.. But they seem to just give me a false ride.. The seller didn’t have my product and he kept sending wrong products to me twice.. And Flipkart doesn’t care to resolve the issue.. The innocent customers have to bear the harassment because of these fraud sellers..
