I ordered Canon Printer on Amazon on 26 February and received a defective Item and issue was printing was not coming, so I requested a replace the item and waited almost ten days. Finally, a replacement guy came and tried to replace it but not happen the replacement because he said to me that the serial number was mismatched and that he was not able to replace the item, at the same time, I called customer care and explained the same thing, and the customer executive told me that if you could cancel an order so that you will get amount get refunded. She asked for my confirmation, so I said to go ahead with my printer order cancellation. So my order has been cancelled and printer pickup is completed and waiting for a refund. I followed up a couple of times with customer care for my refund, and I came to notice that the product received item not match so we couldn’t help with this order received a message from amazon customer care that they are unable to take any action on this ?. How ridiculous the process is. I think you should investigate who delivered that time to the customer even you can have access to the cannon company to track the barcode, who purchased this item, and where it went must be there, right? Simply saying that the product is not the same and can’t help on this ?? This is not a fair statement. I want justice on this and need to know what happened exactly; otherwise, I can go to any extent, even a legal fight, and I’m ok to do that.
Money lost — Time lost — Product lost ?? what is this?
I have been an amazon customer since 2010, and it never happened to me so earlier. I have a very positive opinion of amazon as a brand and service, but in this case, I’m disappointed with amazon’s service. Please take my request seriously, and I want to know what happened exactly and who the culprit is I need my money refunded back otherwise, I’ll file a case in consumer court and start a legal battle upon your response.
