I have booked ticket from Travelook on January 2022 and the ticket got cancelled on its own. Not received any single msg from the site. Whenever I am calling they are saying that I will get refund by assured dates. Again they are making fake promises to refund and the date arrives they said regarding payment generation issues. It is a fraud website and harassing customers.
