I had purchased a soundbar on 5 July and i had received it next day. After receiving the product i found it damaged then i contact to customer service within 10 min and after several complaint they only we will look into your matter. Then i complaint here in consumer court also then after 1month 10 day they suddenly contact me and asked whether i will take replacement or refund . I chose refund then after 20 day they took my product from my home. And now there is no response from there side i email them,tweeted them but no response. Now i neither have the product nor the refund.. please do help me..
