Madam/ Sir,
On March 09, 2020, I had booked two flight tickers from Ahmedabad to Hubli for travel on March 27, 2020 under the order ID:10507847013. On account of lockdown / COVID, the flights were cancelled and rescheduled the travel on April 11, 2020. Thereafter, on April 14, 2020 Indigo cancelled all the flights till further notice. When I contacted Indigo about my refund, Indigo has mentioned that the entire flight ticket booking amount has been refunded to Paytm in April, 2020. Even after 1.5 months, paytm has not refunded my amount. I have sent many mails and waited for many hours with customer care executives to know the status of my refund, while they just say ‘we are processing and will take sometime’. Not even the supervisor or a team leader is ready to talk and find a solution to my query. Just to process one refund why should it take 1.5 months? Does paytm running out of money and paying salaries with customers hard earned money? Is this the way a customer is being treated?
Sir, please note it is my hard earned money which I am asking for and try to understand my issue & arrange for immediate refund. If the matter is not resolved I am left with no option to file a petition to get back my money.
