My contact number is 9867270984. I am a deaf and dumb person. I had tried to book IRCTC ticket but ticket was not booked. Amount was deducted from PAYTM. I have made so many times complaints to customer care of PAYTM and also from app through messages. They said you will get refund with in 2 to 3 working days but till date I have not received the same. My transaction of Rs. 326.80 to IRCTC e-ticketing under order 100001537757600 was unsuccessful at merachant’s bank on 19 Nov 2018. Please help me in getting refund.
