Hello sir,
I ordered one ac and four toasters. I didn’t check properly while placing the order and placed four toasters by mistake, but I needed only one.. After that, I’m trying to cancel the toasters, but unfortunately my entire order was cancelled due to all the products contain only one order ID.. and my ac was delivered already, so I called your support team and told them please cancel the refund process further for the ac I need this ac.. and for other products that do not cancel the refund process will order again because I do not have any other choices.. So now I have to receive the money for the four toasters, but I got only two refunds(Rs of 2565 and 3134), It’s almost more than 60 days waiting for a refund of the other two products (Rs. 2565 and 2565).. I called their support more than 50 times every time they disconnected the call. I have all the recordings and the proofs with video recording. And got a mail that mentioned that the seller has a process with the manual NEFT transfer and there mentioned one UTR number. After that, I went to my HDFC bank and showed them that email. They said this UTR number: NFT 212900074GN00014XXXXXXX is not valid because the last digits are xxxxx, so they are not able to track. I called you lots of times every time they executive disconnected the call after listening to my concern..For these three MarQ By Flipkart 11-Litre 11AOTMQBU Oven Toaster Grill had the same refund ID, For the last three MarQ By Flipkart 11-Litre 11AOTMQBU Oven Toaster Grill refund ID should not be the same.. Every refund should have to be different refund ID’s. Still, I’m waiting for my refund of Rs. 5128, Please help me
