Hope this message finds you well .
I am from Punjab. I took a home loan from a Hinduja Housing Finance and paid regular EMIs. After sometime I want to repay the whole loan amount back to the bank but they said that I have to repay the whole loan amount including the EMIs that I have already paid. They said I will get my extra amount back within a week but now it’s been more than a year and I haven’t got my refund.
I want to take a legal action against the bank to get my Money Back.
