I ordered an Item(ORDER # 404-7560403-9658735) from amazon on 24 March 2022. due to some accessories missing, I placed a return for that product on 12th April and the Item was picked up on 13 April. I haven’t any update in order history related to refund. I started calling amazon customer service regarding my refund. Every time They used to make a new accusation like They are checking the status and getting back to me, You will get a refund in 48 hours, and we will provide you resolved within 24 hours. Even some times customer care hangs up the call without answering my query. I am tired of calling them regularly. It seems their job is to make peoples fool and keeps escalating the issue so that at last customer lost his hope.
