I had ordered a soundbar from Flipkart which was delivered to me on 7-10-2021 and when i checked it wasn’t compatible with my device so i contacted the customer care executive but they refused to provide the refund for my order but instead they processed the Replacement request. i had told them that this product is of no use if it is not compatible with my device. But they freezed my id and i am not getti g any resolution.The price of the product is 5999 Please help me to get my refund. Contact me and help me
