I have booked air ticket from PAYTM on 21st Apr 2020 AIR INDIA AI 679 from Mumbai to Mangalore, as per government travel guidelines tickets which are booked during covid lock down time entire money should get refunded but when called to PAYTM customer care they are simply raising an issue ticket and does nothing its been a month that the issue ticket has been raised when called to PAYTM customer care they simply say that “wait for some time” and don’t refund the money. PAYTM customer care are very irresponsible.
I kindly request you to look into my grievance and help in getting my refund
