Text of Complaint by Tegveer Singh:

i tried to place a order on september 19 through which got cancelled due to payment failure but amount was deducted from my account. I have talked to zomato chat support and email support a number of times since sept 19 but no one support was provided to me regarding the issue. they just keep saying to wait but the money has not been refunded yet.
