I Have Procured Airtel Xstream Connection on 18th March 2023 with Payment of 4000.00rs .

Sales Person Name : Mr.Jagan ( 9176769995 ) | reporting to Mr.Basker ( 9944459666 )
He has committed to Install on same day but installation not happened .
Installation team ( Mr.Kesavan ) came on 20-03-2023 and left Installation partially and committed to complete on next day.
21-03-2023 not visited and no information shared .
22-03-2023 not attended calls
23-03-2023 i have registered Complaint via customer care could not find any solution .finally decided to close the connection
and told customer care executive ( Mr.Thanisq ) to cancel the connection .
He has taken cancellation request ( Fiber-10154539629 & DTH – 121884366 ).
When i asked for Refund , he has told not possible as per Airtel policy. i asked without using airtel how it is not possible to refund and why it was not informed earlier while booking the connection.
he has transferred the calls to superior ( Pommi & Ranu ). after 2hrs discussion both told the refund amount will be finalized by Recovery Team .Approximate refund might be 2650 for Fiber and DTH cant refund
committed to closed the issue on next day .
The recover team came next day and when i ask them what is the refund amount simply they told they are not aware .
just i have asked conformation what is the amount i going to get as refund because i didnt used any thing . i am getting different communication from airtel representative
After compliant i have received plenty of calls but no one ready to give solution .
i have waited more than a week nothing happen .
Please take a action to cancel the connection with Refund of 4000.00Rs ( Four Thousand Rupees ) which i paid .
I have escalated through to Email to (121@airtel.in & appellate.southabts@airtel.com ) Still i didnt received any Solution for this
