Text of Complaint by Ayush Patel:

I had recently ordered an Aristocrat suitcase from Flipkart worth Rs.2674. The suitcase was delivered on 29th January and it was heavily dented so I filed for return on Flipkart. My return request was approved but no one came to pick up and after some days it got automatically rejected. This happened for 3 times and today I’m unable to return as the return policy duration is over.
