I am Bidhu Bhusan Bishwal, I have booked a Flat on 02/04/2016 in Gruha Kalyan Builders (#32/A 9th Main, Sector 6 , HSR Layout, Bengalur-560102). I paid total amount Rs:-3.25 lacs to Gruha kalyan . Later I see there was no progress in building construction. So I cancelled the booking 05/10/2016.Still I could not get my refund booking amount(Rs 3.25 lacs) from them. Everyday they are telling some reason .Nobody is Picking the call. They are avoiding me .whenever I go and meet they are giving a date , again changing the date .Gruha Kalyan is Fraud Company and cheating the people. They are not refunding my amount and playing with me.
They are giving the cheque with insufficient balance, which is causing more problem for us. Whatever commitment they are saying, every time fails. They are wasting time. They dont know the value of time of others.
So I request you to take proper action and refund my paid amount. I shall be obliged if you kindly take the action to refund my money . I am just attaching one Bill ., Bcoz at the time of cancellation I have submitted all the Documents. Following information will helpful .

It has come to our notice that, its not registers CREDAI company. no one knows owners name… you cant see key person photo and names…
they have around 10 fake projects in Bangalore…they have collated money on and avarage 300000/booking.
around 900 applicants booked, even though capacity of units are 600 nos
900 X 300000 = 27,00, 00, 000/- rupees.
many compliants already raised in many police station across bangalore…
it will be big scam, earlier they cheated people in the name of dreamz GK…dont book flat until you see they got BBMP approval…they even produce fake one better get it checked from BBMP.they often change thier CRMS
They are landing on 27Cr worth scam. it has come to our notice that IT raid has been taken place recently after demonetization.
They have collected money from 1332 people from manytha project alone, where in number of units are less then this.
Take help of consumer court, Police FIR case and use of recent Real Estate Bill.
Dear sir…They have collected money from 122 people for booking flat in lotus.. even though units are around 60 no`s. as per one of their CRM. they sent out all previous CRMs.
Deleted all previous emails in their servers…
Now they want people to runway…their website and email service is closed…if you go to thier office they see that you will get irritated and forget money…they even threaten.
i can bet you, you will not get money unless you file FIR in police station…
You may go ahead, Next scene will be like this.
1] Once you visit police station, police will suggest you to get solve issues offline with mutual understatnding between you and gruahkalayan.
2] Gruhakalyana wiil assure you it will pay cheque within week or two.
3] Actual drama start again, they say thier CEO is not in station, give all original document, come today and tomarrow like taht days will move around, but you will not get money.
4] Be care full while visiting their office, dont go alone, go with your team. otherwise they will hit you or give threat, if possible go with hidden cameras.
5] ultimatley you end up with filing FIR.
6] They will give cheque it may bounce, but dont take back case until you get money.
7] Their email service are not working and chat mail are not working.
8] They are in a position to run away …
9] you may see several compalint on web blogs with proofs

We had booked 4 units in their ‘ ASTER ‘ housing project behind ITPL / ITPB Whitefield on 06-03-2016. The initial booking amount was Rs 1.25 lakhs. We paid an initial amount of Rs 25,000 on the spot ( Credit Card ) per unit and A/C payee Cheques @ Rs1 lakh per unit was also handed over but told them clearly that by same day evening all land related documents must be produced and a copy to be handed over. As their documents were incomplete, inconsistent we immediately told the Bank to block the payment. It was the wisest and timely taken decision. Now, we need to get back our Rs 1 lakh ( Rs 25,000 x 4 ). Before executing the Cancellation form, we would like to know the best way to do it so that we do not have to do running around. Is there a common group formed who has been duped by this company ‘ Ghuha Kalyan ‘. As they have a registered bank account so identity of the directors ae not an issue.
Please revert so that we can proceed accordingly.

Booking Forms are: #s 4177, 4176, 4173 all 1 BHK, and 4178 for 3 BHK
Provisional Receipts are: #s 6766, 6765, 6768 for all 1 BHK and 6767 for 3 BHK
I tried calling them multiple time but no response and even all their mobile numbers doesn’t exist anymore.
Please help to get our hard earned money back from this cheat people. plz plzz

Hi to all… if any one had paid through cards like credit card or master card you have a chance to get back your money please call the respective bank customer care and tell them the transaction you have made is not worth and didn’t get any service from them, tell them to charge back. And search in internet you will get all the detail about chargeback, according to my knowledge we can claim the money anytime within 6 months after transaction but I got to know with some websites till 540 days bank have records and we can claim our money. Please consult your respective banks.
