I have order for smartphone (order no: DS107449)by online to dhamaal shop. And paid amount of Rs.2699.50 paise including shipping charge of Rs.150.00 on 6th nov 2016.But still i am waiting for the smartphone. And i have mailed to them twice about the non receipt of item and no reply. Customer care number is always busy when am trying to call. They provide email id i.e [email protected]….but i mail several times…no use. And my passbook shows amount debited from my Pass book as below: 06-11-2016 11:35:56 06-11-2016 631106103786 DHAMAALSHOPCOMHAJIPURIN-06/11/16 11:35:56 2,699.85 Please help me in getting Justice.
