I buy a kitchen queen 81 pcs stainless steel dinner set from napptol, cost was 3199 rs/.
Once i received the product it was very cheap, light & too small. I made the return request on call & napptol customer care denied to return money in bank account.
They informed me they can return money by oxygen wallet. After several calls they collected it back on 13th nov 2018 & confirmed that return i will get in 7 working days on oxygen wallet. I wait till 26th nov 2018 & there was no update from them so i connected to customer care for reason why i have not received my payment yet since it is almost 2 weeks. There was a lady shikha on call who put on hold my call for few minutes & given call to other executive, i again explain him all details & he committed the same thing that within 7 days you will get. Till now i have not received my payment & no revert from them.
